WHAT IS COVERED?
Ocufii, Inc. warrants to the first retailer purchaser of Starter Package (TM-P1), Starter Package (TM-P2), Wrap-Around Beacon (TM-B1), Stick-On Beacon (TM-B2), and Base Station (TM-GW1) that should these products or any part be proved defective in materials or workmanship, from the date of proof or purchase (initial activation date) for a period of one (1) year, then it will be subject to the terms of this one year limited warranty.
Such defects will be repaired or replaced at Ocufii’s option, without charge for parts of labor directly related to the defect.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not apply to any cost incurred for removal or reinstallation, or to any product or part thereof which has suffered through normal wear and tear, alteration, improper installation, physical abuse, misuse, neglect or accident. Not does it cover defects caused by shipment to Ocufii’s service center, or repair or service of the product by anyone other than an Ocufii service center. Damage resulting from an act of God, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, and other natural disasters will be excluded.
This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied in fact or operations of law, statutory or otherwise, including, but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. Ocufii does not authorize any other person to assume any liability beyond the warranty herein described. In no event, whether based in contract or tort shall Ocufii be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages of any kind resulting from the use of this product, including interrupted or incomplete notifications receive by the user or arising out of any breach of this warranty. In no event shall Ocufii be liable for damage in the excess of the purchase price.
